For our lock-in period, we accept payment via Visa or Mastercard. However, for our month-to-month payment option, we process payments via direct debit and send invoices through QuickBooks. Once a client has signed up for our Digital Buddy service, we will schedule a video meeting to discuss the step-by-step process of transitioning tasks to be done by our Digital Buddy. During this meeting, we will also go over a checklist of requirements and set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Clients will also have the opportunity to meet the assigned Digital Buddy during this meeting. We strive to make the onboarding process as seamless and transparent as possible to ensure our clients feel confident in our services.
Your Digital Buddies will operate within your preferred time zone, with full-time employees typically working 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break, while part-time staff work 4 hours per day.
Absolutely, we can offer part-time Digital Buddies who usually work 4 hours daily or 20 hours weekly.
